Cancellation policy

Sometimes you have to cancel, we understand. If that’s the case, there are a few things you need to know.

Private bookings

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, alternatively free rebooking up to 18.00 three days before arrival. Treatment and day spa can be canceled free of charge no later than 48 hours before the booked time.

Cancellation is always free of charge on presentation of a medical certificate.

For group and conference bookings

If you’re a group larger than 10 people, we comply to Visita's rules regarding conferences and other events, which means the last day to cancel free of charge is 4 weeks prior to your arrival. If the cancellation should occur later than that, 75% of the total value of the order will be charged. If you cancel later than two weeks before the arrival date, 100% of the total value will be charged.
