To make the most of your spa experience at Hook Spa, day spa is packaged with a meal. It can be a luxurious breakfast buffet upon arrival, a tasty lunch in the manor's beautiful restaurant or a lighter dish that you can eat wearing your bathrobe in the spa bar. Have you heard of our popular shrimp sandwich? You can of course order it with all spa sessions 🌸
As a spa guest, you have access to training in our gym, which is an important part of well-being.
You can of course borrow a towel, bathrobe & slippers and in the shower room we offer luxurious products from Kerstin Florian. In the spa we offer water, fruit & tea and a fantastic view.

MORNING SPA 9.00-12.00
Enjoy a peaceful morning in the spa. Wake up your body slowly with a nice moment in the sauna, watch the morning mist lift from a hot spring and take a leisurely swim in the pool. The best time of the day for those seeking peace and quiet.
Morning spa is booked with a luxurious hotel breakfast or poke bowl/shrimp sandwich during your spa experience.
DAY SPA 10.00-13.00
Start your day with a lovely morning at the spa and recharge your batteries. Relax in the sauna landscape with experience showers, take a swim with a view of a mirror-like lake and enjoy cold & hot springs.
Maybe you dare to take a dip before lunchtime?
DAY SPA 14.00-17.00
Treat yourself to an afternoon of relaxation - because you're worth it!
You might want to start with lunch upon arrival or have a meal in your bathrobe at the spa bar. With a satisfied stomach, you can sit in a hot spring, take a nice foot bath or let the tranquility wash over you in the steam room.
DAY SPA 17.00-20.00
Let go of all the must-do's & end the day focusing on your well-being. Maybe take the time to meet a dear friend to share a nice moment with.
Talk about memories over a poke bowl and why not toast to life with a glass of bubbly?
EVENING SPA 20.00-23.00, Friday & Saturday
Experience the twilight at the evening spa, which begins when the calm has settled & the mist rises from the hot springs. You spend a nice moment in our relaxing oasis with experience showers, foot baths & Kneipp and soak up the tranquility in our steamy outdoor pool.
During the evening, a shrimp sandwich or poke bowl is served in the spa bar (April/Oktober

Here you can also pay with a gift card with letters and numbers, a total of 11 characters (ex. MR85586-W555). For payment with other gift cards, please contact us for booking.
We offer children from 10 years in the spa during certain school holidays. Read more about day spa children if you want to book for you and your child.

BEFORE DAYSPA
Even though we’re located in the deep forests of Småland, it’s easy to find us. When you arrive, you have free parking and access to the spa and fitness according to the time in your booking confirmation. And also, don't worry - we' will help you with everything you need to know when you arrive. You will find us to the right of the manor, down the staircase. We are available at the reception between 9:00 and 20:00.
For your information, we have an age limit of 15 years in our spa, except during certain school holidays. Day spa for children includes two towels per - if you want a bathrobe, please bring it from home.
You should take the opportunity to workout in the gym when you visit us. Contact the front desk to pre-book an appointment
Treatment and Day spa can be cancelled no later than 48 hours prior to booked time to be free of charge. If cancelled later, it’s only free of charge upon presentation of medical certificates. When paying with gift card, we ask you to leave the gift card at the reception when you arrive.
