As early as the time of Hippocrates & Plato, baths with hot and cold water were used to enjoy and recover, preferably in connection with sports. The interaction between hot and cold water is health-giving for the whole body.
With products from Kerstin Florian, we have designed a ritual with a strong focus on minerals that provide a fantastic experience, healthy circulation and bring well-being and relaxation to the body. Feel free to start with some physical activity such as swimming, walking on the exercise tracks or a sweaty session at the gym.

For the optimal spa experience, the whole body must be present, so prepare yourself through a simple breathing exercise, Pranayama. What do you need today?
Increase your relaxation by closing the right nostril with the right thumb on the wing of the nose. Breathe in and out, deeply but relaxed, 10-15 breaths through the left nostril.
Increase your energy by closing the left nostril with the left thumb on the wing of the nose. Breathe in and out, deeply but relaxed, 10-15 breaths through the right nostril.
